    Key responsibilities:

    • Perform daily accounting tasks such as accounts payable/receivable (AR/AP), general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
    • Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
    • Help manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
    • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
    • Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for significant deviations.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting processes and improve financial reporting.
    • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
    • Support external audits and provide necessary documentation.
    • Assist with special projects and financial analysis as required.

    What we are looking for:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • CPA or CMA certification preferred.
    • 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
    • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
    • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
