Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Design and establish HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the company’s growth and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Partner with senior leadership to understand business needs and provide HR guidance and support.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
- Provide expert advice on HR issues, including employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and organizational development.
- Lead initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing HR-related inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in building and managing HR functions in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
